duration 1h30
paper board, felt pen, images, tape
In relation to the exhibition Echoes, score and territory, the sound of Truc, Maison Hautetour, Saint Gervais, Mont Blanc
Le Truc is a mountain, just behind Mont Blanc, and the collective performance is an ascent of the Truc using sticks. Initially, the sticks will be used to help to walk, and once to the Truc, they will be planted blindly in the snow, to create a partition. The GPS coordinates of each stick will influence the sound associated with it. The sounds are recordings made at Le Truc during the collective ascent and during the scouting. It is this score that will be played in the exhibition. The exhibition relates the performance (through text and images) and invites you to take a stick (remove an element from the exhibition) and go up to Le Truc to add a stick to the set and a sound to the composition.

- je t’envoie le truc,
- j’ai vu un truc…
- Et là-haut le truc de ouf, grandiose !

- Did you take the thing?
- Have you thought about it?
- I've got lots of things to do,
- I'll send you the thing,
- I saw something...
- I saw something... And up there was this amazing, grandiose thing!
